Orders placed within 3 weeks of the product completion date will incur a Rush Order fee.

CONSULTATION 

The process will begin with a consultation that may take place virtually or in person. We’ll discuss your vision and begin to build the foundation for your project.

PROPOSAL

Packages are customized to best suit the client's needs and meet the established budget. From the information gathered during the consultation, a design concept will be presented in an electronic mock-up. The initial customization process may take approximately 5-10 business days. Orders will be processed following a deposit and signed Client Service Agreement. 

CONFIRMATION  

Prior to the printing of each piece, an electronic proof will be provided. Approval must be submitted in writing prior to going to print. Upon approval, fulfillment of the order will commence. The remaining project balance must be paid in full upon delivery. Clients will receive confirmation that orders have been shipped.
