For Tracy’s 30th birthday I wanted the drinks that we served on the booze cruise to match the color of the sunset. I planned a classic champagne cocktail with a twist using blood orange bitters instead of regular bitters, a sparkling Rose, and another champagne cocktail with a tiny splash of grenadine for that beautiful color.
