Toddy Tuesday: Vintage Gatsby Inspired Cocktail

If I could I would only drink from vintage champagne glasses, but it might be weird to drink my morning latte that way, so I will save those glasses for special cocktails such as this.  I snagged this recipe from the Houston Chronicle.  It looks delicious and I cannot wait to try it!

2 ounces Hendrick's Gin

1 ounce fresh lemon juice

¾ ounce simple syrup

Mint sprig

Instructions: Add ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a coupe glass; garnish with mint.
