The year my sister got married I had a blast helping plan her wedding. She basically let my Mom and I run with it! When it came time to plan a menu she gave us a list of what she would like included and then my Mom and I took it and created a menu with the help of a fantastic group of planners from Nancy’s Haute Affairs. One station that we created for her February wedding was a hot chocolate and coffee bar. We offered liqueurs, syrups, and marshmallows, among other tasty additions. This was something I had done for her bachelorette party at the lake and it was a hit on both occasions!
