INGREDIENTS
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoons of sugar
2 tablespoons of whipped cream cheese

PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in the blender. Mix on low for 10-15 seconds, then on medium for 10-15 seconds. scrape down the sides, and then mix on high for 45 seconds or more until soft peaks are formed. Be careful not to over beat as it will return to a liquid and lose its viscosity.
This indulgent whipped cream can also use a teaspoon of vanilla, bourbon or your favorite liquor to take it to the next level and pair with your favorite dessert!

These little tarts are the easiest thing in the world to make. I used mini phyllo shells from the freezer section of the grocery store and filled them with a mixture that was half clotted cream and half lemon curd (also from my freezer), Then I topped them with more faux clotted cream. They are heavenly. They would make the perfect addition to your Downton Abbey finale party.
