Boozy Popsicles

Zipzicle, you have made my popscle dreams come true!  No more wrestling the popsicle and popsicle stick out of the molds.  These little packages are awesome.  I can't wait to make more adult and kid popsicles in these.

YIELD: Makes 8-10 servings 

ACTIVE TIME: 10 minutes

TOTAL TIME: 1 hour

INGREDIENTS

• 2 Cups fresh peaches

• 2 oz peach simple syrup (recipe below) or substitute regular simple syrup

• 2 oz good bourbon

• 8-10 Zipzicle pouches

Combine first three ingredients in blender and pour into pouches.  Then place in freezer for fifty minutes or until frozen.  

Peach Simple Syrup

• 1 peach (skin and pit removed)

• 2 T lemon juice

• 1 C sugar

• 1 C water

• 1/2 t vanilla

Place all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to  a low boil.  Once sugar is dissolved remove from heat and let cool.  When it is cool strain out peach.
